Cask in Lower Red Lion St Albans. Orange colour, sparkling, with particles. Aroma is apple peel, wood. No sweetness. Quite astringent. Decent.

Cask as ½ pint at Flying Horse (JDW) Gatwick, on June 27, 2017.As Thatcher’s Stans’s Cheddar Valley Cloudy Cider.Very cloudy orange color, very small white head. Light sweet thin apple taste. Bland faint apple aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel, light tart finish. Mellow apple scent.5/3/4/2/8=2.2

Draught at Ye Olde Cider Bar. Unclear amber-reddish body. Naked at the top. Kirchen fenster lacing. Dry, mid-sweet apples on the nose. Red apple juicy flavours. Rounded, drying end. Medium bodied. Fair enough for a none dedicated cider drinker. (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).

On cask at the Grosvenor. Appearance - cloudy orange. Nose - strong tangy apples with a yeasty edge. Taste -more tart apples. Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - nice on sour and still.

@ Tucker’s Grave. Muddy pinkish amber. Aroma is apples and some light funk/pedio, quite dry and tart, assertive in that respect, some apple skin taste.

Bag in box @ Wenlock Arms, Hoxton N1. Pours a hazy orange color with no head. Has a fruity spicy apple aroma. Fruity spicy ripe apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy ripe apple finish.
