Keg at Bullfinch Brewery, Herne Hill Saturday 3rd December 2016 whilst on a Brixton and Brockwell Park walk from the London Hidden Walks Book vol 2 Saison yeast really prominent on the nose, a little sweet shop confectionery sweetness to this. Light gold with a slim white head. Fruity but perhaps a touch sweet a bit of toffee banana. Ok. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Lots of pale grains in the nose, some citrus, melon, hay, wheat. Light to medium sweet flavor with ample citrus fruit character, some tangerine, grapefruit, moderate phenolic notes, grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nice finish, with things really coming together, some Belgian yeast character, pale wheat bread, grain husk, lemon rind, more grapefruit, melon. Good beer.
