Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Clapton Craft Forest Hill, we've brought together juicy tart apricots on a classic saison base. Saison Yeast esters and additions of black pepper further add subtle spice and cardamom contributes a herbal, citrusy finish. The resulting combination is that little something: a quality that eludes description; je ne "saison" quoi.

Craft Islington. Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan the man for the can. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Airy smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy lemon citrus, floral sherbet. Touch of floral perfume. Modest soft citrus. Light finish. Unusual and pretty drinkable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours faintly hazy yellow with a thin, creamy white head. Really refreshing, nice lemony tartness, some faint ginger perhaps, soft bitter lemongrass, moderate acidity. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, more lemon, some tart apricots, cleaning acidity, mellow sweetness. Monstrously drinkable.

Nose is bitter citric shreds, green berry must, damp cloth, balsa wood, faint herb, grass, toasted grains, hint of apricot. Taste comprises light citric pissoi, tarte apricot, hay bale, stale bread, lactic tang, lime juice, damp straw, light acidic tinges, herbal notes, lemon rind.
