Flascherl: Almost clear, ruby-amber coloured, small, but stable off-white foamy layer; mild toasty-bready nose with caramelly traces and some mineralic and hoppy spots; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied; lingering bitter-sweet finish with dark malt, coffee and shy hops. Pleasant stuff...

Bottle. Chestnut, low offwhite head. Rural roast aroma with a bit burnt hay. Medium body chewy. Roast and smoke, Landbrot mit Schinken, herbs pickles, Light caramel stickiness, dry meaty finish. The winner of the wee bottles.

Bottle. Ruby-dark amber color with beige head. Aroma is nutty, earthy. Taste is chocolate, earthy, rustic, a bit too sweet, but decent flavor profile. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Alright!

(bottle, 25cl) Clear, ruby brown colour with a big but not very persisten off-white frothy head. Dark malty aroma with ashy and subtle dried fruity notes, also a touch of anise spice. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly sugary malty base with ashy notes, hints of molasses, leading into a sweetish malty finish. Rather meh. 02.V.18

Dunkler, wenig röstiger Antrunk. Trocken herb mit wässrigem Hintergrund, geringe Süße. Monoton, die Süße stört. Mit der Zeit intensiver, dennoch langweilig bleibend. 9/7/7/7/8/7
