Sori’s 10th movement sees the return of musical duo Cashmere and Galaxy in collaboration with the intrepid newcomer Idaho 7. Passionfruit, lime and tropical fruits are the stars of the show, with a supporting act of pine, stone fruit and lemongrass.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow, small head. Aroma is fruity, orange, peach, passion fruit, lime. Pine, oat and some herbal hops. Medium to big body. Flavour is sweet, malty and smooth, oaty. Jammy fruit, orange, passion fruit, peach, Mango. Pine and a bit of grass. Smooth herbal finish, pine and a tad bitter. Very nice IPA.

Hazy orange colour, medium-sized white head. Danky tropical fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Very sweet fruity NEIPA. Mango, pineapple, some lime and a bit less dankyness. Modern sweet tooth IPA for those who don't like bitterness.

Tap at Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, tropical fruits, pine, hops and malts. Quite heavy.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Cashmere, Galaxy and Idaho 7 hops bring a nice limey vibe, but not sure which hop is bringing that, after all, none of these are NZ hops. Perhaps it's a conglomeration of all of them. Some Idaho 7 piney tropical fruits. Genetic smooth citrus on the finish along with a pinch of hop spice. A light piney vibe runs throughout. Very nice. Vibrant and complex and so very easy to quaff.
