Imperial Red IPA, which you don't see around very often these days. We used Incognito Mosaic, Strata, Barbe Rouge and the experimental hop variety HBC630 to push for maximum red fruit flavor and aroma to complement the rich malt base and firm bitterness

Can from Daily Delis, Amsterdam. Hazy red, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of rye, wholemeal bread, tobacco leaves, ripe pink grapefruit, orange peel, pear, red grape, dust. Taste has sweetish pear, apple & red grape around a bitter core of orange peel, pink grapefruit & herbs against a rye-malty backbone. Herbal hoppy finish, bit toasty, bitter grapefruity. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Pretty good but could have done with more hoppy freshness.

Murky auburn with a frothy head of modest duration. Caramel aroma. Mild, indistinct fruitiness. To be fair, it’s near the expiration date and not the freshest anymore. Taste is bitter with a dose of resin and metal at the finish. Medium to full body, mostly mild carbonation. Okayish.

0,44 l can. Cloudy red brown in the glass, one finger pale beige head. Citrus fruity on the nose, british malt background. Taste is smooth citrus fruity, increasing pine with sweetness. Also malty in the second row. Very balanced, you didn´t notice the alcohol. Mid bitterness with nuts in the aftertaste. Really nice one.
