On cask at Cove, Outer Cove. Appearance - deep amber with no head and no bubbles. Real cider indeed. Nose - applewood, dried apple to follow. Taste - dry woody, apple core. Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - complex, loads of layers going on. Real cider confirmed.

Bottle from Darts Farm. Deep gold in colour with a few bubbles. Aroma of tart fruit, cheese and wood. Flavour began with some mustiness, before citrus fruit and pineapple, some oak and a gently dry finish. Enjoyable.
