Canned 11/10/21, drunk 12/19/21. Translucent, soft peach with a quickly-fizzling, ring of bubbles atop. Lovely nose with the earthiness of the dragonfruit and the astringency of the grapefruit apparent and complementing the roundness of the wheat and salt. Vague juiciness at this point, without being able to pinpoint what fruits are really in it, after over a month in the can. No flaw, alcohol or weirdness going on. Just a fragrant, playful gose nose. Soft and yet with a strong acidity coming on quickly, seemingly derived from the fruit acids, but complemented by light lactic acid. Soft texture and good attenuation without any twangy/punchy sourness or weird, saccharine/candy-like sugariness. Round, soft and with expansive carbonation lending it the feel of a big body. Very drinkable and filling.

Foam Alien Observer DragonFruit Gose 5% Plaque straw gold with just the tiniest wisp of foam. When I ordered this I thought it was a NEIPA. Musty toejam tart aroma that is accompanied by a very tart taste with really nice dragonfruit flavor. Decent enough.

16 oz. can. Dragon fruit is noticeable in the flavor when it’s cold. As it warms the grapefruit comes more forward. A pretty long lasting grapefruit tartness in the finish. Very respectable double fruit sour ale.
