Waterloo Tap. Keg. Light haze on this paleish yellow gold beer, short white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light malts. Very deft blend of Rose and Lychee, smooth and mildly sweet but never sickly. Some mild spice. Light dry finish. Perfect blend of the ingredients. After a very aggressive IPA over at Hop Locker this saison came along and soothed my mouth and my palate perfectly. One of the best saisons I’ve had in yonks.

Keg at Waterloo Tap. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, rose, heady, pink marshmallow, Turkish delight, candy and sweet lychee. The taste is crisp, tart, straw, hint of tartness, rose, Turkish delight, lychee, lemon rind, limeade, marzipan, straw spice and minerals with a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. What Partizan do best imo. Good fun and well realised.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours unclear yellownwith a creamy, white head. The nose has some crisp pale grains, hay, lemon rind, Belgian yeast. Light-medium sweet flavour with nips of ginger, herbs, spicy pine, lemon zest. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with some Rudy bitterness, pale bread, more zesty citrus. Not bad.
