Tap. Unclear amber color with white head. Aroma is barrel funk, vineous, yoghurt. Taste is light barrel funk, gooseberries, grainy, a bit acetone. Silky, chalky mouthfeel with medium carbobation. Not bad!

Minimal off white head left a cover on a highly effervescent dark lemon coloured body. Sour, herb & salty aroma. Medium to thin bodied, well carbonated - crisp & clean on the palate. This is so sour, almost like vinegar with bitter lemon, herbs & bitter tangy citrus finish.

(Draught at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green, London, 21 April 2017) Hazy golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of citrus, peaches and thyme. Fruity, slightly tart taste with peaches, citrus, bread and a tart taste with low bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Thin, but tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Keg at BrewDog Edinburgh. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange sherbet and bitter lemon. Flavour of grapefruit, minerals and freshly squeezed lemon - very tart and tangy. Thin body with a watery texture. Light fizz. A cracking beer for the ABV. It’s good on its own but I imagine this would also work well as a gin mixer.

Keg at RC Taproom. It pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, lemon sherbets, candy, grass and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lemony mouth - pucker, pithy, zesty, green, grassy, dull herbal vibe, straw, bread and a hint of acidity with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. Very enjoyable for a 2% beer. Crazy drinkable.
