Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen (15/06/2024) - Punchy juicy fruity with lots of passion fruit and mango, peach, splash of lime and lemon, pineapple, dense sweet creamy malty backbone, assertive hoppy bitter finish. Lovely.

Stoor dipa provning på tapphuset denna midsommar . Över 2100 Dipor nu testade på ratebeer 👍Här har vi mjuka smaker av apelsin lite mango 🥭 och lätt hav. En av de bästa ölen på provningen.

Aromas are an odd but interesting blend of citrus, straw, onions and resin. Flavors are similar to nose, onion comes out a little bit more along with a hint of MJ. Great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Good but not great beer.

A hazy golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, guava, citra. Taste of tropical fruits, mango, guava, moderate bitterness.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 24/04/24. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, pine nip, ripe melon, papaya, tangerine. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, mandarin, mellow tropical fruit medley, soft malts, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced light juice laden hop bitterness. Decent enough approachable and well balanced DIPA ... easy to dome this for the ABV.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light pine. A little hop spice. Soft pine. A little hop skunk. Ripe estery melon, even a touch of banana! Huh? Mild crisp citrus. Light crisp finish. Decent if flirting with odd. In the white hot style of DIPAs brewed across the globe, this is a little short of the highest standards. For me anyway, YMMV.
