Draught @ Lion's Head Tavern, Manhattan NYC (April 2025). Cloudy lemon yellow with a foamy large off-white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrusy taste with pineapple flavor, smooth thin body, long finish. Mellow and easy to drink.

Lemon, ammonia & cleaning fluid aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a sticky back. Herbal, yeast, lemon & bubble gum tastes with a peppery finish.
When you get past the aroma it's excellent.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge citrusy hoppy notes with some huge floral hops undertones and some tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy citrus hops notes and juicy floral undertones with some residual sugar. Body is somewhat full with good carbonation. Well made NEIPA with good usage of Mosaic hops.

Watching Leafs/Panthers game two. Couple 10mg THC pills to wind down a long day. Big melon, mango, orange. Just a delight. Thanks Barry!

Hazy pineapple juice yellow-orange body, medium to thick off-white to cream head. Aroma of passionfruit, orange, white grape, and mint. Body is tart, earthy, and dank, with notes of passionfruit, orange, white grape, bubblegum, and a touch of lime. Funky, tropical, estery juice.

Canned 3/24/22, drunk 4/13/22. Translucent, copper-tinted peach-lemon with a medium-sized, white head of moderate retention. Clementine, lemon and gentle peach in the nose show no aggressive/piney character or any punchy/twang. Soft, honey and cake-like malts sweeten it, with light floral and juicy, yellow fruits lingering. No alcohol, weird yeast, twang or flaw. In the mouth it's full of soft juice with a very malty texture showing good attenuation (angel food cake and honey). Nectarine, pineapple, clementine and lemon with just barely enough bitterness on the finish to balance. Pretty soft, subtle even, and mild, but the flavors, balance and texture are all well-executed.

Pours a lightly hazy, lemon yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is dank, with some cheese, citrus, tropical fruit. Flavor largely follows. Fairly sweet, leading to just a slightly bitter, hoppy finish. Mouthfeel seems a bit on the thin side.
