The spring strong beer from Reh. It is only brewed specifically for Lent, i.e. from Ash Wednesday to Good Friday. The taste is very full-bodied and malt-emphasized by a light barley malt with a subtle hint of hops.

0.5l bottle, thx Ryan for sharing with us! Clear red-amber body, off-white head. Lightly oxidized aroma, malty, low caramelly notes, lightly oily. Smooth taste, bit grainy and caramelly, clean, low herbal bitterness. Well rounded, pretty nice.

Der helle Reh-Bock, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Bronzegold, klar. Prima! (21.4.2020.)

Sweetish malty flavor, butterscotch, peach. Pretty low on aroma. Just a bit thin and alcoholic. Somewhat below average helles bock.

Danke an wastl!
