Adam has a deep garnet color and a generous carbonation which brings the aroma of chocolate and hazelnuts to the nose. The flavor starts soft, with flavors of pear and smoke, leading to a prickly mineral finish. This Beer was aged for 8 weeks after fermentation in our special concrete egg.

Draught @ Borefts 2019 Aroma has molasses, some doppelbock-like sweet malt and chocolae. Flat palate, no CO2. Flavour has lots of chocolatey malt, some alcohol and mild woody tones. Sweet slow sipper.

Another asphalted beer, but this time with a more powerful base. Way less gritty and muddy, just adds a bit of dirt to the flavour. Nicely balanced, malty, sweet, some bitterness and something herbal. Fun stuff, pretty good.

Bottle. Thanks Mr Gremlin! Aroma is concrete! Suggestion surely, light tobacco smoke, fruity, nutty. Taste is great. Salted caramel, little sweetness, black treacle bitterness. Like the taste more than the aroma. Damn good.

12oz bottle, shared by GenDv138, thanks Donnie! Poured a brown color with just a small wispy, light gray head. Aroma was rich, sweet, rich caramels, touch of chocolate, dried fruit. Smooth. Some booze, but not a lot of heat here, so otherwise really smooth. Really pleasant.

I Wish more breweries would do this. Barrel aged brewing allowing the components of the beer to come together. Without the taste of possibly bad whisky or bad rum or bad or spoiled wine. Full malty aroma. Malty taste with a strong toffee note. Toast in the finish. No alcohol burn.

355ml bottle (thx, Matt!). Vintage 2015. Pours a very dark brown with a strong tan head. Aroma is caramel, oxidization, dark fruits. Taste is similar with lots of bready notes. Moderatele sweet and there is still some hoppy bitterness. Very unusual, kind of mix of traditional ale and Belgian beer.
