Ringnes Brewery was founded in 1876 by Amund and Ellef Ringnes, together with investor Axel Heiberg. The famous Ringnes Pilsner was introduced to the market in 1886. Ringnes Skjærgårdspils is brewed for summer and it is a light, refreshing pilsner.
Ringnes Skjærgårdspils has a pale golden colour. The aroma is mild and marked by hops and malt with notes of hay and straw. The taste is pure and balanced with a low, but smooth bitterness.

500 ml bottle. Pale golden body with a small white head. Not much aroma, some grain. Flavor is rather weak straw and malt. Pretty thin body and low bitterness. Quite uninspired, only good for a lawn mower reward.
