Pigalle. Pours nice red, well more like pink - with limited amount of white bubbles on the top. Nose is nice funky, red currant marmalade coming out strong though. Taste has some musty edge, tart and more of that red currant. Not so sure about cherries but overall quite interesting fruited sour, funky and refreshing.

Tap at CBB in Osaka. Naparbier x Beavertown Farewell to Arms Sherry cherry sour 6.5% Lovely bright red, no head and a soft tart berry aroma. Medium bodied, a bit chewy but the flavor is middle of the road cherry sour flavor but s nice maple sweet cherry on the finish. Alright.

Beaverfest. Keg. Light haze on this paleish reddish brown beer, small cream colour head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts. Light tangy berry fruits. Little pine and seltzer. Light dry finish. It's fine.

Keg at the Beavertown brewery, sharp cherry, raspberry, lactose. A hazed plum cherry red coloured pour with a a fine pink. Flavour is composed of semi sweet tart woody raspberry, spicy, tart red wine, red grape tannin. Musty yougurty funk.. Palate is tart light acidic pucker, highish carbonation. Sharp acid. Lingering woody cherry.

33cl bottle
Hazy pinky color with an off-white head, short retention. Aroma with a high presence of sweet cherries, sirupy notes. Flavor with a light sweetness, cherries, slightly sourish in the final.

Caña en Cimmeria 08..10.. 2018. (r10). Color ámbar oscuro turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores maltosos y cereales con buenas notas ácidas y apreciable toque de maderas empapadas en vinos blancos frescos. Suaves afrutados. Ligero amargo final muy suave. Cuerpo medio algo denso, fino y espumosos en boca. Bastante buena para repetir. Buen sabor. Original.

Keg at Beaverex '18, day one, 07/09/18. Reddish pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy red berries, stewed fruits, wood must, damp hay. Taste comprises pissy red berries, damp oak, funk, lemon rind, berry pips, hay bale, sharp raspberries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok sour.
