The Bianca series is where we fully explore the tart flavor spectrum and what a lactose infused sour beer can be. In the peach rendition, we have worked together with our beloved friend Chad Yakobsen at Crooked Stave, an actual doctor of brett, to find just the right tart, funky and earthy flavour profile to balance the peaches and raspberries.

Tap @Mikkeller, Vik. Cloudy yellow, small white head. Mild bretty aroma, citrus too. Citrusy, citric flavour. Some sweetness too. Nice.

Shared with Joes and Judyvv. Tap @ Van Moll 5 year anniversary. Very hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is sourish, tart, yoghurt, funk, light horse blanket. Flavor is sour, sour fruits, unripe fruit and yoghurt. Hmm balanced but still, a full bottle, hmm I don't know. 5-3-7-3-14.

Flaska från Beergium. Guldisig med vit krona. Pigg och friskt syrlig med massor av stenfrukt, persika, aprikos, fruktkärnor, lätt omogen persika/nektarin, massor och massor av kärnsyrlighet. Pigg kropp med bra kolsyra vilket gifter sig fint med smakerna. Lätt sälta som bidrar snyggt till helheten med. Riktigt bra steg upp från vanliga Biancan. Mycket gott!

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, apricot, peach jam, a bit wheat. Taste is peach, wheat, yoghurt, quite tart, almost puckering. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good! 7-4-8-3-15 Tap. Hazy yellow color with small head. Aroma is nice fluffy peach, super fruity, some vineous funk. Taste is very tart, good peach flesh, bretty. Quite complex finish. Refreshing and good! 8-4-7-4-15
