MAGIC LANTERN is a standard offering with rotating fruits. The base is 100% wheat, fermented with unisolated coolship-caught microbes. Nearly all of the sourness comes only from the fruit, so acidity will range from mid to high. Himalayan pink sea salt adds a slight, balanced salinity, and completely changes the experience of the beer.

Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Guldisig med vitt skum. Persika, aprikos, torkad aprikos, lätt funkig och viss sötma. Fin, frisk kropp. Funkig, syrlig i smaken. Främst aprikosen känns av. Mangon är svårare att hitta.

MBCC 2018. Green. 'Free sauna with your ticket'. Jug pour. Hazy yellow - gold beer, good white head. Dry airy palate. Fair dose of lemon tartness with a touch of lemon sherbet. Dry finish. Can't taste any of the named fruits but that's no surprise in a sour wild beer.
