Bottle at the flat in Sofia - sourced from Pivoteka online. Pours clear, deep gold with a creamy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with slight funky notes, almost brett-like, some earth, vague carrots perhaps, a little bread. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Finishes with some further funk, pale wood, nips of grass. Interesting. Not altogether bad.

Appearance - 5 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Very hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma really does show up the carrot with malt and herbal notes. Pretty odd. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
