29/II/24 - 37.5cl bottle from La Source (webshop) or Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 10/VIII/23, lot: P59, batch 01 (2024-124)

Clear gold blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit dirty, funky, sourish impression, quite some sulphur, a bit herbal, not getting any fruit? MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty fruity start, now I’m getting them nectarines all right, acidic, a little dirty even. Aftertaste: fruity, sourish, dry, a bit herbal, nectarines, a little woody, some cherry pits.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow. Funky, farty, lots of juicy nectarine, wood, somewhat vinous, sour, bitterish hint, some vinegar. Great.

Pours very slightly hazed blonde. Small to no head. Scent is full, funky peaches, brett, very powerfull. Briliant ! Taste is full, brett - peaches are fairly intense but come second. Medium oaky flavors. Very smooth, lovely integrated sourness. Lower carbo. Nice !

Bouteille 37.5cl, lot# P59, BB 10/08/2023.
