After 50 plus venues over four days in Edinburgh the last drink I have is in the closest to what could be described as an 'Old Man' pub. The beer was decent but expectedly a bit weak tasting given the strength. Nevertheless a tropical fruitiness is just about evident.

Keg at the Bellfield Taproom. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light citrus and bread. Taste is more of the same. Light bitter finish. Also a bit thin.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light pale malts, sweet enough. Lovely hoppage, crystallised fruits, tangerine, mandarin, light bright pine, some orchard fruits. Light dry finish. A tad dry overall but a very nice flavour.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with nice citrus hop notes, pale bread, rind, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Balanced finish, more biscuits, tangerine. Very nice.

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - hazy golden amber with a nice creamy cask head. Nose - floral and citrus mainly with a bready backdrop. Taste - orange, apple and bready again. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle with balanced bitterness. Overall - went down very easily.
