Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours opaque jet black with a small tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, bitter - sweet, minty initially, vanilla, oily, bourbon barrels, toffee, caramac, chocolate, rocky road and toffee crisp. The taste is slick, bitter - sweet, sticky, oily, toothy, roasted malt, toothy, toffee crisp, tannin, oak, maltesers, rocky road, mars bar, sticky, oak, bourbon, warming alcohol and toothy vibes with a drying finish. Fulsome body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Fun stuff.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of black chocolate with some woody barrel –aged notes and residual sugar. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some residual sugar and light woody notes with some faint vanilla notes also perceptible. Body is pretty full with good carbonation and light alcohol notes are also apparent. Enjoyable but barrel-aged notes are not as dominant as I was expecting.

Black with a brown head - Dark malt aroma with some wood barrel flavour - Dark malt body with dark fruity tones and a good wood barrel flavour with bourbon - The dark malt flavour goes into the finish with some barrel flavour - This was real good

From 0,75l bottle at Sanders place shared by me. Black color, small coffee colored head. Smells soy, marzipan, vanilla, earthy, bourbon. Very nice smell. Full body, light carbonation. Tastes of vanilla, molasses, bourbon, marzipan, wood. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of vanilla, bourbon and marzipan notes. Very nice one, very very smooth

Sampled at Churchkey's Fifty Fifty event, pours a lighter, caramel brown with one ring of off white head. Very approachable nose, cake, German chocolate, booze, caramel, vanilla. Flavor follows, not totally spectacular but meshes well, tootsie roll, chocolate, rootbeer, caramel, whiskey. Really smooth finish, super smooth.
