Big hops are the best… in this case, El Dorado, Bru-1, and Simcoe. Three seriously big hitters.

Cask @ Crafty Fox, Brighouse. Hazy golden-amber with a head. Has a hoppy juice-like fruitiness, but not too juicy in its texture.

Cask at the VAT and Fiddle, Nottingham. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a malt, yeasty, grainy, tropical citrus, light pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
