On tap at Strait and Narrow, Lincoln. Deep chocolate brown with a tan head. Aroma only lightly salted, mid caramel and roasted malty. Taste light sweet, Medium body.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2018-08 getrunken. Das Wichtigste bei diesen Stout ist klar die Trinktemperatur. Kalt aus dem Glas hat es nahezu kein Aroma. Und das was da ist erinnert an nasses Holz am Strand. Kommt es jedoch auf Temperatur ist es klar ein Stout doch auch da kann ich keine Assoziation mit Karamell oder Seesalz entdecken, aber vielleicht da beide Aromen sich undefinierbar verbinden. Dank des doch eher einfachen Alkoholgehaltes ist es recht süffig.

Tap at Muted Horn. Epicuriius versiin of a Snickers bar, coffee, sea salt. Medium light dry, dark chocolate, sea salt, dulce de Leche. Very well balanced and quite drinkable.

0,3l from tap at Biererei Berlin. black color, small coffee colored head. smells of licorice, earthy, light salt, caramel, lightly musty. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes licorice, earthy, spices, peppery, very light caramel, bit salty, light vanilla. finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of licorice, earthy notes and some spices. quite nice one, very good to drink. good stuff

Draught, 5.1%. Good roasted aroma. Black colour. Small stable light brown head. The flavour has some salt liquorice. Not much caramel.
