Double Ipa da 8.8% prodotta con malti inglesi e tedeschi e zuccheri semplici (utilizzati anche a freddo), fortemente luppolata con luppoli Incognito, pellet e pellet-cryo (Simcoe, Citra, Ekuanot, Mosaic). L’importante luppolatura e la particolare composizione dei sali nonché l’elevata attenuazione la rendono estremamente scorrevole, con le sue sensazioni fortemente fruttate (passion fruit, lime, mango) e resinose/speziate (masala, pepe verde) che ben celano l’etilico, rendendovi felici ed incredibilmente loquaci.

Lattina. Il naso vira verso il luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua arrivano note di miele, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, frutta tropicale, mango, lime ed eucalipto.

0,33 litre Can, from La Torre Del Luppolo, at home. Cloudy yellow/ Golden with white head. Malts, hops, yeast, Citrus, some dry bitterness.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is dank, passionfruit, pot, bit of onion. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Pleasant

Rating # 8000! Can on the terrace of our hotel in Matera, 2nd April 2023. Pours a light golden and clear. Aroma is grapefruit and citrus. Taste is pithy and grapefruit and quite bitter, citrus and candied fruits. Excellent

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, medium in transparency, with fine white foam. Aroma intensely citrus, grapefruit, hoppy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is average.

Clean gold with a medium white head. Aroma is a big bowl of tropical fruit. Flavour is soft chalky fruit, candy and warm fruit juice, light booze on the finish.
