375ml bottle from Olivers. Pale yellow straw colour, short-lived fizzy thin white foam head and mellow pear aroma. Taste is sweet, juicy pear, syrupy, fruity with some honey notes and alittle tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Nicely drinkable

75cl bottle. Appearance - pale yellow, very gentle bubbles. Nose - sweet pear and apple. Flowers. Taste - sweet pear again with some pear skin. Palate - medium bodied and tangily sweet. Tangy sweet-ish finish. Overall - nice.

[9/6/2018] Bottle at Mother Kelly's Bottleshop E9 in London. Clear golden. Nice juicy pears, sweet, dry finish. Nice one.

Bottle shared with DSG, as "Keeved #2 Sweet Season 2016". Slightly unclear golden color with white head and some floatees. Aroma is sweet pears, light funk, very intense. Taste is sweet perry juice at first, light funk, mineralic in the middle, for a surprisingly dry mineralic finish, hints of tannins too. Ticklish carbonation, mineralic mouthfeel. Fantastic Perry!

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Islington, 29/08/2018. Many thanks! A clear pale yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice sweet apple, custard, caramel, apple, . Flavour is semi sweet, apple juice, fresh apple, , pear, sweet, ice cider notes. . Absolutely deliiceous. Palate si semi sweet, cirsp, rounde, lowish carbonation, almost still.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a bubbly head. Sweet, with mild bitter skin, nips of lemon, sweet pear. Light bodied. Dry finish, more sweet apple-pear mix. Super drinkable. Super juicy. Lovely.

[ As Oliver's Fine Perry - Keeved Sweet Season 2016 ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, barnyard, funky, dry pear, sweet pear. Flavor is moderate to light light hravy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, pear, funky, sweet pear, dry, light barnyard - farmyard. 750ml bottle from Olivers Cider Farm, Herefordshire. Pours clear pale gold. Aroma of pleasant, lightly sweet perry pear fruit. Balanced perry fruit taste, moderately sweet, clean and fresh with just the lightest carbonation.. has a lot of fruit for 3.7%, which the keeving process no doubt helps, but definitely works for the perry pears used. Very good.
