A Peach and Raspberry infused (in the boil!) Berliner Weisse inspired by the beautiful singer, Dame Nellie Melba, after which the Peach Melba was named! Slightly tart with light sweet notes ringing out like the dulcet tones of its namesake!

Tap. Leeds International Beer Festival. Opaque, pale amber. Dense, lasting (as in lasted a mile across Leeds in a glass) pale pink head. Nose has light raspberry pip. Bit of a lactic tang. Taste is dry, and lightly sour. Light body. Light sour, slight lactic sweetness on the finish.

Keg at casc, Aberdeen. It pours cloudy rose/pink with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet - tart, parma violets, sherbet, tangy raspberry ripple, peach and apricot. The taste is crisp, tart, juicy, raspberry, sherbet, tangy apricot, peach, mango, good mouth-pucker, minerals and light acidity with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Great balance and high drinkability. Very tasty.
