Bottle, many thanks chriso! Rather clear almost amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is toffee, lightly grassy. Taste is toffee, grassy, earthy, leafy, bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Alright, though probably a bit too old.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds apricot, pine, melon. Light sweet flavour, some husky bitterness, grass, toasted malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Harsh and astringent in the finish, more grass and grains, toasted malts, light caramel, pine. Not good.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours amber with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is earthy, grassy, straw, grainy, floury bread, spice and cereal. The taste is dry, bitter, metallic twang, earth, leather, chewy, tannin, stewed black tea, grassy, leafy and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit grainy and raw. Not great...

Bodney towers bottleshare. Thanks to Fergoose. Light haze on this gold beer, big peach tinted cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, not that sweet. Bitter dry floral mid. Modest ripe citrus. Dry bitter floral finish. A bit harsh.
