Can ordered from Brew Cavern, Nottingham. Aroma is nutty, earthy. Creamy caramel notes. Unintrusive boozy edge. Clear dark amber. Foamy translucent white head. Yummy - Sweet zesty citrus and berries alongside nutty caramel. Boozy warmth. Heavy bodied. Oily. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Lovely jubbly. Warming, comforting but not imposing.

440ml can. Pours a clear reddy-brown, with a thin off-white head. Aroma of dried fruits, caramel. Taste of dried fruits, berries, caramel, apple, banana, honeyed sweetness, warming booze. Medium bodied, smooth.

Can at home, Nivala. Enjoyed straight from the can. Aromas and flavors: Ripe fruits, hops and malts. Malty little bit of boozy simple Barley wine.
