Bottle, 4.8% bought at the brewery. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is very malty, a bit sugary. The aftertaste is nice, tastes like a high alcohol beer, but it must be the hops. 6 3 6 3 13

Bottled. Deep coppery golden colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is honey, some malts, mild fruityness and some mild grassy notes. Flavour is honey, sweet malts, some mild grassy and wooden notes in the finish. Aftertaste is big wooden and grassy. Rather nice balance.

50cl bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear yellow with a small white foam and lacings. Nose is fruity, malty,honey, orange and hoppy. Low carbonation. Lovely crisp hoppy taste. Medium body. Smooth. Very quaffable.

1 liter mug, tap at Bamberg Sandkerwa fest. Pours golden, white head. Aroma is herbal, piney. Taste, has a light floral note and grains. Lightly malty and hoppy. Many people seemed to stop for this beer thinking it was a honey beer, but it was the name of the brewery. The beer has not much special, it is unfiltered, drinkable.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short creamy white layer. Sweet apricot- and citrus-fruity pale malt aroma with a shy hoppy shine in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a light carbonation. Pretty dry malty, minimal grainy and herbal hoppy taste; almost lingering bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Really “ungespundet” and almost bone-dry. Except for the colour a classic Franconian Lager (17.02.08).

Bottle. Unclear light to medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (191007)

Green golden, low creamy lacing head. Bready malt and aromatic hop aroma. Slightly flat mell mouthfeel, doughlike malt base, lightfooted hopprofile. Light body. Probably more interesting on tap.
