Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Casita Cervecería Cosmic Opposites Imperial White Stout ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, toasted, coffee notes, moderate hoppy, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, dusty, pale malt, citric, herbs, fruity, toasted, maybe some coffee -chocolate ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512] 7-3-7-3-14

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

MBCC. Dark brown/amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fusty, toasted and chocolate. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, dusty, sweet and a little chocolate.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - fuzzy amber coloured pour with off white head. Sweet and light roasted malty with notes of coffee, some cocoa, caramel and toffee, charred burnt notes, medium body, lingering warming malty close.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 12/05/18. Rich golden amber with a decent beige cap. Nose is sweet malts, toffee fudge, light cocoa bean. Taste comprises caramel, mellow roast, light spice, fruit rinds. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying with balanced alcohol. Ok offering but yet to have a great white stout!
