Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, oak, sour - tart notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, oak, fruit, caramel, sweet malt. Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 12/05/18. Amber pour with a light beige cap. Nose is earthy fruit rinds, toffee, straw, brett, light spice Taste comprises damp hay, apple core, citric rinds, wood must, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit edge. Pretty average as sours go.
