19/1/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of pear, apple, light sugars, caramel and funky woody edges. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, low carbonation. Nicely done.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Hazy yellow gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk, woody barrel, oaky. Taste is apple, fruity, oaky, woody, with some funk and drying acidity, maybe a hint of pear. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from Beerdome, shared with Soph. Pours a misty golden yellow. Aroma of wild flora, natural wild farmhouse sour. Taste presents a surprisingly light cider, very gentle farmyard funk, mild sour, with a light apple core bitterness. Some distant perry pear fruit lingering on the close. No tannins unfortunately. Very nice natural cider.

2020 Early pressing days, apple/pear. Hazy & very pale straw. Hard apples, light sweet, quite sour, lemony sourness. Crisp with some light slimey thickness in the mouthfeel. Low carb. Very Sidra-like.
