Coconut, molasses, chocolate malt, bourbon and fresh hay aroma. Black with moderate brown head. Moderately sweet coconut, bourbon, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance. Strong bourbon finish. Very solid.

[ As Upland Coconut Bourbon Barrel Teddy Bear Kisses ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, coconut, sweet malt, light vanilla - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, chocolate, coconut, vanilla - bourbon. Body is medium, texture is creamy - smooth, carbonation is soft. Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet dark malty with decadent chocolate, caramel and fudge sweetness, full bodied, bourbon soaked wooden accents with some coconut notes into the dark malty finish.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Black with a well presented tan cap. Nose carries a good barrel aroma, rich chocolate, light spice, coconut shavings, molasses. Taste comprises chocolate cake, good bourbonics, light black peppery spice, fruit cake, toffee fudge, hint of Bounty bar. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with well integrated alcohol. Solid BA impy.

MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth and fairly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Good dark chocolate streaked malts. Light coconut. Good bourbon soaked fruits and bourbon spice. Light finish. Very tasty but could have been smoother in the mouthfeel.
