Single from Finger Lakes something something. BB: 12/06/22. Lowball back at the hotel So appreciative that I didn't have to add this fool. Foggy, pale guava/watermelon pink pour. Smells of vinegar, fermenting trash, some very floral melon. Taste is a watermelon & apple sour. A little vinegar, gum & a shot of something papaya-ish/guava/tropical that drags out till it gets floral. Yeasty finish. I can never understand rhubarb, as it's always paired with strawberry(does it taste like melon?). It is sour, but not to the extreme & the vinegar makes it a little less fun. Forced carb is good, little bit of a slurry feel. This 6.9% game has to stop. First Graft in a long while, & it's okay.

High abv for a cider, fizzy and solid strawberry rhubarb notes, it's fun and I dig it.

12oz can, Best Before 12/2/22, drunk 1/28/22. Mildly hazy, delicate, unripened watermelon pink. Fizzy bubbles quickly dissipate. Really delicate, lovely nose of melon, strawberry, peach and a moderate, enjoyable acidity. Dry and yet with a burst of light, melon-like sweetness on the end. It's obviously the rhubarb, but it tastes pretty close to a melon, to me. Some strawberry in there, as well, with a brace of enjoyable, balancing acidity contributing tartness but no huge sourness. Very approachable, fruity, complex and interesting on account of the rhubarb. Light, spritzy body, but not too much so. Wouldn't call it watery.

12oz can from Halftime. Color of rosé wine, fizzy. Aroma is rhubarb and apples. Apples a bit more prominent in the taste. Very tart.
