[ As Arizona Wilderness Saison Sombre ].Unclear light dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, chocolate, mint, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, mint, bubble gum, sweet malt, saison yeast, light chocolate, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Warpigs, CPH, 10/05/18. Dark mahogany brown with a decent beige head. Nose is earthy, herbs, dried fruits, red berry skins, light spice. Taste comprises damp wood, herbal bite, red berry pips, funk, barnyard esters, light yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison if a touch overlying herbal.

Tap. Almost black color with white head. Aroma is minty, earthy, liquorice. Taste is mint, fresh yeast, chocolate. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Weird, but not bad.
