Bottle at Moosburger Bierfest. Darkest brown, no head. Dark malty roast aroma, clean, raisins, preserved plums, some higher alcohols, but in general mire lightfooted than the lager variant, fun booze, easier on the palate overall.

Alkoholischer, nur moderat süßer Antrunk. Dunkel malzig, kaum herb, alkoholisch. Erstaunlich rund, Getreide ist erahnbar. Mittellanger Abgang. Nicht schlecht! 9/11/11/11/9/11

Bottle split at Warpigs, thanks to Rasmus, swing top with wax seal mofo! 10/05/18. Extremely dark mahogany brown with no head. Nose is big on alcohol, ripe dark fruits, toffee, stewed fruits. Taste comprises much the same, big ripe fruits, boozey Xmas cake, light spice, vinous, booze. Full body and have some more, moderatecarbonation, big warming alcohol at the curtain call. Harsh and hot at times but a fun enough sipper for 20%.
