Layered in flavors inspired by the backcountry, our Rocky Mountain Kölsch merges the easy-drinking character of traditional Kölsch yeast with our innovative spin. Colorado honey, sage and Mosaic and Lemondrop hops create a bright, lemon citrus character with a touch of hops.

Can, Clear gold pour with a diminishing white head. The aroma is mild with sweetened grains and breads. Taste is breads, grains, touch of light citrus and some spicy hops. Moderate bitterness. The palate is light and crisp. Finishes with lingering bitter/spicy mosaic hops. Overall: OK kolsch. Paired well with some gruyere cheese

12oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet cereal malts and some grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet cereal malts and a spice note.

Can. A- Lemon candy, subtle chlorine. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Lemon, mild sage. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Pretty good. Lots of lemon throughout. The hops really show of the citrusy side of things. No spice on the nose but there is some sage coming through on the palate. Really good actually.

355ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of bready malt, lemon, sage, grass and floral hops. Sweet flavour of cracker malt, sage, honey, lemon, floral hops and bitter grass in a clean, crisp, dry finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. I'm not a big fan of sage, so I wish it was more subtle. Well made, refreshing and easy to drink, but too much sage for me.
