Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear brown with an orange hue and a dense and lacing, beige head. Toasty aroma, molasses and pumpernickel with a hint of licorice and a subdued bitterness. Borderline Schwarzbier or even a mini Bock. 240226

17/1/2026. Bottle at ITFC Beer share. From the Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following the World Beer Awards. Nice pour. Aroma is malty, plummy, toasted, toffee. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Average carbonation. Meaty marmite edge. Likeable.

0,5l bottle from BILLA PLUS in K2 Shopping Kittsee. Head is big, tanned, good retention. Colour is dark brown with dark coppery hue against the light, clear. Aroma is dark malts, dark bread, some dark fruits. Taste is medium malty base, dark bread, light nutty, caramel, bit more on the sweet side, medium carbonation, decent bitterness, ok for the style, enjoyed.

I really like dunkels. This is actually a good one. It is has a nice slightly sweet toasty flavor. Nice brown color. good foamy head and nice bready, aroma.

Аромат отличный, на месте мягкось от жареного солода, даже немного кофейка как будто, немного дрожжкй от хлебугка. Цвет полу темный, в стиль, пенка средняя коричневая. Вкус почти идельный для Мюнхенца. Есть бархатистость солодовая сразу, при этом пиво само очень питкое. Есть карамелька, небольшая сладость, при этом питко, дрожжей почти нету а хлебушка черного в меру. В общем один из лучших темных лагерков.

Draught @ The Map Room, Chicago (Oct 2024). Clear reddish dark brown with a large spongy dark beige head, caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sweet caramel malt taste with dark roast flavors, smooth body, long medium bitter caramel finish. Very smooth and tasty.
