Exclusive to Draft House pub chain in the UK. No other global brewer has dialled down into the flavour and spirit of European lagers like Bill Covaleski at Victory. Prima Pils is a world-beater. Bill is a world-beater. So we were psyched to also bring him to Columbus to brew with us, and in this case create a German-style Pilsner. Earthy and floral, this beer is crisp and balanced and would be a perfect gateway for a lager fan into the world of craft-brewed lagers (and beyond).

Taster flight at Draft House. Pale golden, creamy, lasting head, lazy carbonation. Grassy, grainy nose. Taste is clean and crisp. Nice bitter smack at the end. Full of flavor, light and memorable.

Keg at Draft House, Seething Lane. Described as a Czech Pilsner on the in-house literature. Damp cardboard aroma. Light gold. Bubbly. Creamy white head. Sweet and sour with a bitter edge. Bread and herbs. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. It's fine. Could happily drink another but not get excited about the prospect!

Keg at Draft House Birdcage - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Very basic, some crispy biscuits, dry straw and cereal, low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. More biscuits and a little dough in the finish. Fine.

Keg at BD Charlotte St, thanks to the barman! It pours clear pale yellow with a foamy white head. The aroma is clean, freshly cut grass, straw, light sweetness, bit floral, honeysuckle and a bit of cornbread. The taste is crisp, dry, light bitterness, grassy, straw, toasty grain, touch of sweetness, lemongrass, floury bread and spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A flavourful and moreish lager. Nice example of the style.
