Draft at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours clear, dark gold with a creamy head. Very tasty, with some dry dough, bread, light cereal, mild bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish with note of cereal, pale hay. Good, basic.

0.5l bottle. Hazy light golden body, white head. Aroma of bread, floral hops and some cheesy yeast. Taste of bread and floral hops. Very balanced brew. Nothing extraordinary, but it’s a nice everyday beer.
