330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange, dark golden to amber colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of banana, baked banana, a touch of honey and apricot. Taste is sweet, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly bitter alcoholic, notes of banana, baked banana, some honey, apricot, a minimally leafy touch; slightly warming, alcoholic finish. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. A condensed Hefeweizen indeed, surprisingly simple and unchanged, seemingly no effect on the flavours by concentration, just clearly perceptible alcohol and maybe slightly softer carbonation - not really compelling.

hazy orange colour, medium sized creamy ecru head; aroma of banana chips, some lemony, wheaty, clove, slight coconut and nutmeg notes; taste is the same (with the clear dominance of banana) with some syrupy-caramel notes and alcoholic aftertaste; quite enjoyable

04-04-20 // 330ml bottle. Murky orangeish. Smaller white head. Nose of wheat bock with alcoholic booze. Very rich wheat bock. Strong banana. Also strong clove and phenolic. A ling woth a mild booze. But still quite smooth. Full bodied and creamy mouthfeel.

Amber with a creamy white head. Inviting aroma of ripe bananas. Mildly yeasts. Taste is mildly sweet, full of banana, white bread and candied fruits. Medium bodied, very mild carbonation. Quite warming at the end, but doesn’t come off as overly boozy. Good.

Bottle at 10% ABV. Cloudy golden, small white head. Aroma: big higher spirits, banana, light alcohol. Full body. Taste: highly estery, nice banana, warming alcohol, light bitterness. Maybe not a masterpiece but hit my spot properly

Bottle picked up from Bayerisches Bierspezialitäten Pararadies Bienenfleiß and consumed at home Attenkirchen Tuesday 19th November 2019, listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music, cooking Spaghetti Bolognese. Pours hazy amber with a white head. The aroma is not subtle, it's quite boozy. Quite thick in the mouth, toffee banana candy swirls, boozy retronasal thing going on. It's ok, actually 15mins later I thought that maybe I was harsh, it's better than 3.1

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, toasted malt, dandelion syrup and leather with earthy note. Pours clear deep amber color with thin creamy tan-like head and soft to average visible carbonation. Taste starts with heavy sweet toasted malt and burnt sugar, follows by wheat, ripe fruit and nail polisher, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic and mild spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, thick syrupy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Hard & Heidi...
