16 ounce can from Tavour. Bright yellow gold color. Foamy white head. Bready malt aroma has a hint of minerality. Flavor is sweet malt, cut grass and lemon pith. Crisp, dry finish.

Can. Pours clear yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is grain, grass, noble hop. Flavor is light plus sweet, merlin bitter. Light body. Helles is not my favorite style. Willing to accept that this is a good one.

Can from douglas88: pours gold with white head. Aroma is grainy, slightly grassy, some light fruity notes. Taste is more bitter than I would expect, but still nice and very smooth.

Pint can. Pours a crystal clear yellow-gold color with a big sudsy white head. The aroma features breads and noble hops. The taste is mildly spicy with herbs, breads and some bitter pine. The palate showcases a cracker malt base and is full and satisfying. Finishes medium in duration with sticky resins. Overall: Decent helles.

16oz can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light bread grain malts and some grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice crisp grass and bread malts.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver, 11/16/20, 3 months old, 4.7% ABV
Blond colour, slightly hazy. Mild aroma of malt, corn husks, creamy corn. Crisp mouthfeel, the flavour too is a bit corn-creamy, rather than malt-bready, relatively low bitterness, not much hop character. Decent, but probably less hopped than any Helles I ever had in German brewpubs.

Can. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is very straw forward with a bit of sweet grain and bit of grass underlying. Flavor is also straw forward with grass and a light sweetness backing.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 26, 2019. Aroma is clean and malt forward with nice grain notes. Faint floral esters and light woodsy hop notes. Pours a brilliantly clear, golden color with a medium large, thick, fluffy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with moderate malt notes. Medium light bitterness and faint herbal hop notes. Light floral esters. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer with a great, clean malt profile. Fermentation was also really clean with just a bit of floral esters.
