Keg at the Euston tap. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, soapy, lemon, sandalwood. Flavour is composed of spicy citrus, light bready grains, hint of toast, kaffir lime, perfume citrus, pinch of salt. Palate is semi sweet, salty, moderate carbonation.. Doesn't drink that well.

13/12/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is candied fruits, orange zest, grains, clove, straw. Taste comprises orange peel, white peppery spices, lemon drizzle, light herbal flicker, gentle yeast strains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid for the style.

Keg at the Pembury Tavern - Hackney. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Big Belgian yeast character, lots of doughy wheat, lemon rind, white sugar. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, more wheat bread, ripe lemon, yeast, meringue. Decent for the style.

Draft at the Pembury Tavern. Hazy golden pour, thin ring of head. Light citrusy aroma, taste is more lemon with a smidge of savory from the coriander.
