Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Hazed mahogany brown with a beige cap. Nose is spice, toffee, chocolate, dried fruits. Taste comprises fruit cake, charr, mellow roast, cocoa sprinkle, mixed spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough porter.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A mostly clear reddy amber coloured pour with no head. Aroma is woody, cinnamon bun, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet toffee, tangy apple, brown malts, unrefined sugars, burnt cake. Palate is semi sweet, sticky, tangy moderate carbonation.

Draft at pigs Ear. Medium amber pour, small head. Aroma leans on the malts, taste too, a bit sweet, but super smooth. Creamy and sticky

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours brown with reddish highlights, and a frothy khaki head. Dry, has some dusty cocoa, earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more earthy hops, baking cocoa. Not bad.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, little dark chocolate. Good berry fruits. Floral fruits. Mild tangy bitterness on the finish. Tasty.
