From City Brew Tours, canned June 16th 2023.
It pours a clear pale gold with a small but persistent head of foam, very nice lacing.
The smell is mild noble hops like aromas, a bit spicy, bready malt, grass.
The taste is grassy, bready, spicy hops, lemon, some mild sweetness.
Good medium body, rather nice Pilsner.

16 oz from the Brewvana 12 Beers of Christmas Advent calendar. Day 1. Aroma is grassy, lightly bready, light lemon. Pours clear golden with a two finger off-white head with great retention, leaving curtains of lace. Taste is lightly sweet with a moderate herbal hop bitterness and a crackery, grassy character. I could use a little more bitterness, but this is ace nonetheless. Great beer.

Bottle Julie brought from Made in Oregon at PDX. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head. Saaz hop aroma. Floral/spice. Nice. Med body (partly due to carbonation). Flavor is a bit fruity along with floral spice. Some light breadiness for support. Reasonably dry (tho fruity) and nicely bitter. It's a pretty nice pilsner.

Golden and bright. Creeamy, grainy body with light fruity hop note. Grainy, with moderate bitterness - a little bit harsh, maybe. Rustic lager?

Draft at Chinatown location. Brifght, clear golden, streaky lacing, spotty head. Faint grainy aroma, taste picks up a bit, more of the grains, faintest amount of hops. Labeled as a parent-prohibition lager, so its more of a lager than a pils.

On tap at old town pub . Pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is wheat grain and a touch of spice. Taste is as the nose.

Clearly the best of the beers tasted that day. Served at a lager temperature. Yellow gold with a thick white head. Grassy aroma with some citrus. Balanced flavour of malt and hops. Lekker hoppy finish.
