Neon Dream is our tart, wheat based beer aged in oak, refermented on local Raspberries from Gizdich Ranch. Rosy tones lead to notes of brambly, jammy berry, doughy malt, and floral hay with a bright acidity & crisp effervescence.

Draught at the brewery. Pink, very tart and bracing, nice berry but very acidity.

Bottle shared by Brian - thanks! Pours hazy candy apple pink, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is raspberry, hints of dust, mineral notes. Flavor is medium tart, light funk, raspberries and mineral water. Light body, a bit watery. Not bad at all, but a tad too tart and lacking in complexity. Not up to the very high standards of YoE.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Light ruby pour with small frothy head. Berry aroma with a noticeable tartness, woody notes. Taste follows with more of the raspberries, mild sour palate. Nice finish to the evening.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out pink with a small pink head. Nose is tart funky raspberries oak barrel. Tatse is more of the nice tart berries some oak and lots of pucker.
