Bottle picked up from a great cheese shop in Landshut, name momentarily forgotten, nope just checked and so it is Tölzer Kasladen at Steckengasse 305, Thursday 16th May 2019. Pours hazy light amber with a white head. Malty with toffee and biscuit the main flavours I can pick out here. A touch sweet and a little one dimensional, not bad at all but nothing jumping out.

Gourmet-Flascherl (333ml): Light amber coloured, pretty small but at least persistent off-white head, hazy to cloudy; sweet malty nose with a sourish-fruity-yeasty touch, mild hoppy background, which is hardly detectable; moderate sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied, a bit sticky; lingering moderate sweet-bitter and fruity finish. Weak start, decent finish. Not unpleasant...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a loose and medium-sized off-white frothy head. Slightly bready and nutty malty nose with hints of caramel, cautious floral hops and yeasty spice. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, almost medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Slightly toasted malt character with bready and nutty notes, caramel and shades of molasses far behind; moderately sweet and mildly bitter hoppy finish with caramel and toasted cereals in the aftertaste. Gfoid ma. 24.X.17

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Malty beginning. Fresh, floral with hints of caramel. Fruity, floral with not too much depth, no bitterness, dry malty, nice sessionable.
