Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is grapes with notes of white wine, soft hops, some lime, grass, and a light herbal touch. Flavour is light sweet with a dry bitter finish. Body is medium. Pleasant but not really that much to my liking aroma-wise, heavy on the grape and light on the fruity hops.

L'emploi de Sorachi Ace pour une Brut IPA n'est sans doute pas la meilleure option. Là où une Brut IPA doit être élancée et élégante sur une amertume sèche, le Sorachi Ace va apporter une amertume ayant une grosse présence en bouche et des arômes pleins. Les 2 sont donc en contradiction avec au final l'impression de ne pas être sur une Brut IPA bien que celle-ci soit agréable. Avec pas moins de 5 houblons j'avais tout de même peur, mais ceux-ci ne s'expriment pas de la même façon avec Soraci Ace, Zythos et Glacier qui s'expriment le plus avec en termes d'arômes de clémentines sûres, de résineux et d'agrumes, et ce sur d'excellentes présence en bouche et complexité. Le visuel est moins sympathique qu'une Brut IPA plus classique avec un blond orangé voilé. On y retrouve cependant une fine effervescence plus normale pour le genre. Une fine couche de mousse blanche nappe la surface. Au nez, les arômes sont pleins et denses avec un dominante clémentine sûre, agrumes, résineux et miel. L'attaque est en deux temps avec en premier lieu une amertume sèche qui laisse ensuite à des arômes plus pleins et doux provenant du Sorachi Ace. On retrouve les arômes présents au nez. La deuxième bouche montre un alcool à 7,5% se ressentant bien et formant un dii intéressant avec le Sorachi Ace. Excellente présence sur l'arrière bouche et final long et appréciable sur un duo agrume/résineux plus épuré. L'amertume, pourtant qu'à 30 d'IBU est très justement dosée. IPA qui ne possède donc pas tous les codes d'une brute IPA mais qui est bien réalisée et agréable.

THT February. Unclear golden with white head. Dry grainy, soft citrus. Moderate sweet and bitter. Sweaty armpit. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg, Øllets Day 2019. Pours clear straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with estery and grassy notes. Dry, vi ous flavour with notes of fruit and wine yeast. Estery and vinous aftertaste with mild fruity touches. Decent.

Bottle. Blonde Grapes and citrus in the aroma. Dry, vinous flavor. Grassy citric hops. Tight but tasty.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen #Brut IPA #70 - light hazed golden pour with a white head. Fruity with notes of grape, light citrus fruit, semi sweet, light to medium body, drying finish for sure but a unfortunate buttery edge coming into the close.

On tap at the Jopenkerk. Thin beige head. Very hazy golden pour. Nice bitterness. Easy drinking despite the 7.5% abv

Six different hops and a bold Belgian yeast profile don't really go together that well sadly. There's a lot of hoppy Belgian Blonde in this, and it dries up decently. But I wouldn't say this is an IPA.
