Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Exceptionally pale colour. Soft alcohol, nice warmth. Subtle flowery honey character. Med-light sweetness, well balanced with alcohol. Feels quite easy drinking relative to ABV. Very good, got nuance.

Shared at RBESG 2023, Zagreb. Pale golden color. Aroma Of mead, herbs. Taste is sweet, honeish with herbs. Good.

--Bottled at RBESG 2023. -- Clear faintest shade of yellow. Tremendous aroma of summer pasture blossom honey. Sweet and peppery with some sassafras. Boozy finish. Not very firm and concentrated, but the honey aroma is sublime.

0.5 l fancy bottle from the meadery, thanks to Kole who brought it from Vinkovci. Shared with little Dina, Kermis and Marko at home. Very pale golden, oily. Aroma is overripe fruit, ripe grapes, pungent, bitterish honey underneath. Some alcohol, some fruit, pungent, soft honey flavour, cardboard. Quite pricy for this quality. Strong, potent, warming. Sweet finish.

Bottle, huge thanks Hrabren! Shared with Kermis at first. Paaaaale golden body. Some good, heavy sweetish honey notes, but the Listerine comment is on point as well, and there's a dry herbal presence, though not overwhelming, bit waxy, some alcohol. Lean taste, floral, dried out honey, lightly waxy, vague rubber, lightly minty. Okay, fairly drinkable, bit rough along the edges, but I hope they come out with more and better mead!

Shared with and thanks to Marko! Clear pale golden with no head. Aroma of honey, floral, rubber coming out and very noticeable alcohol. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
